KCH Administrator Letter
It is my privilege to welcome you to Kearny County Hospital (KCH), a comprehensive rural community health system. KCH has earned a regional reputation for providing high quality, compassionate care for our patients and residents. Our success stems from our talented, compassionate employees and their application of our mission statement:
Kearny County Hospital is committed to providing quality, compassionate healthcare services for our community to enrich the lives of our family, friends, and neighbors.
We expect each of our employees to know our mission statement by heart and to live by it every day they choose to work at KCH. Our people are our greatest strength. We are also driven by our Core Values: Service with Compassion, Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Value, and Excellence.
Our 25-bed hospital is connected to High Plains Retirement Village, Assisted Living and our Home Health Department, which provide a full spectrum of care for Kearny County and the surrounding areas. The Family Health Center, our medical clinic, employs one Otolaryngologist (ENT), three Family Practice Physicians, two Nurse Practitioners, and one Physician Assistant. KCH is also home to a growing surgery center and our physicians deliver over 200 babies per year.
It is our desire to create a positive and healing experience for you each time you have an encounter with us. We want you to feel comfortable with your caregivers here at KCH as they involve you in the plan of care for you or your family member.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Kearny County Hospital, I would love to hear from you. If you ever have concerns about your care here at KCH, or if you would like to share a positive experience for which we can reward or recognize our staff, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop by my office during regular business hours. My door is open to you.
Benjamin D. Anderson, M.B.A.
