Kearny County Hospital 2010-11
Budget Request Election
To the Citizens of Kearny County,
We would like to thank everyone who voted at the primary
election on Tuesday, August 3rd. We are appreciative of those
who supported the mil levy increase for Kearny County Hospital/
High Plains Retirement Village.
Healthcare is very complex for most of us. If you ever have
questions or concerns about the care you or a loved one
received, about your bill or any other issue regarding healthcare
or our facility we would like the opportunity to listen and address
your issues or answer your questions. The community meetings
held prior to the election were informative and we hope to be
able to host similar forums on a consistent basis.
Patient care will always remain our number one priority. Given
the current economic climate this becomes a balancing act with
continuous cost controls. While keeping with the mission of
KCH/HPRV the board will continue to act in a manner that is both
financially and socially responsible.
At a time when healthcare in this country is in a state of flux, we
are privileged to serve in a county where the residents place their
trust in local healthcare. The physicians, staff and administration
of KCH/HPRV stand proudly behind the care given and services
provided to our patients and residents.
Thank you for choosing to keep KCH/HPRV as a viable source for
healthcare in Kearny County.
Sincerely,
Kearny County Hospital Board of Directors
